Most physical foam molding results in the formation of bubbles on the surface of the molded product, resulting in a poor appearance.
Although the foam molding itself is successful, it causes poor appearance and low yield.
To prevent this, there is gas counter molding, which requires specialized equipment.
In particular, the equipment to raise the pressure to the counter pressure was expensive, which was a factor in increasing costs.
We have solved the above problem by using nitrogen gas cylinders and eliminating the need for a pressure booster.
